• Member - Pre-Conference Registration Paid Prior to May 31st – $200.00
  This registration provides full access to the pre-conference sessions, continental breakfasts, Saturday lunch, and all conference materials.
• Member Pre-Conference Registration Paid After May 31st – $255.00
  This registration provides full access to the pre-conference sessions, continental breakfasts, Saturday lunch, and all conference materials.
• Non-Member - Pre-Conference Registration Paid Prior to May 31 – $250.00
  This registration provides full access to the pre-conference sessions, continental breakfasts, Saturday lunch, and all conference materials.
  The non-member rate includes FPHRA membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year enabling all benefits of FPHRA membership for the remainder of the year.
• Non-Member Pre-Conference Registration Paid After May 31 – $305.00
  This registration provides full access to the pre-conference sessions, continental breakfasts, Saturday lunch, and all conference materials.
  The non-member rate includes FPHRA membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year enabling all benefits of FPHRA membership for the remainder of the year.
