Join fellow Human Resource professionals working in the public sector in the Northeast Regional area for this lunch and learn.

Topic overview:

There are a variety of major demographic, technology, communication, and workplace practices that are changing how, where, and when we work.  This workshop explores some of the major trends that are active in private industry today and will have an impact on public employment in the near future.  Attendees will learn about the most relevant workforce and workplace trends, how innovative public organizations are addressing changing needs and conditions, and steps toward building awareness in an organization.
