Dr. Brian Mayhugh is an experienced clinician and top healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the managed care and behavioral health industry. He holds a doctorate in psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has special expertise in crisis intervention, HR, benefits, management consultations, legal, and safety issues, and most recently co-authored a book, COVID-19: Resources for Coping with the Pandemic and Beyond.

TOPIC OVERVIEW: Strategies to Manage anxiety, Stress and Fear.  As the pandemic continues to linger, many of us are worried.  Employees may need help with personal and work-related stress.  Some might be afraid to speak up and the reality is that many are reaching a dangerous tipping point.

Join us to learn how to help yourself and co-workers stop panicking, recognize troubling signs of stress and fear during times when we are anxious, and hear some health self-care strategies and relaxation techniques.
